John Gilbert - I knew that Walsh, Frey and Henley were part of the Eagles (grew up listening to them, Dad was a huge fan) but wasn't aware that the Eagles performed solo stuff from those guys.

Interesting how many people either don't know that Joe Walsh has been a member of the Eagles since One of These Nights or don't know that during Eagles concerts, they perform solo stuff from Walsh, Henley and Frey. Sad
Joe is so cool. Hope he lives forever!
It's hard to put into words what Joe brought to the Eagles. Maybe he made them a little less stiff. Walsh is a "rocker". IMO, changed the sound and the direction of the band.

Buy the Live in Melborne Austrailia album dvd and watch the magic. Joe changes the lyrics in this song and "They tell me Glenn's Great" while he has a camera in his yellow hard hat. What a hoot! I could watch this dvd over and over again.

Just heard this song live at their concert in Atlanta....F A B U L O U S ! ! ! This song had to be one of the biggest crowd hits of the night!
