Y'know, there are a lot of great songs out there by a lot of great artists, but right this minute I have to say this is my favorite song ever. John Densmore's stuttering, loose-but-tight waltz time drumming, Ray Manzarek's rolling chunky keyboard riffs, Robby Krieger's guitar skittering unobtrusively around the rhythm, and especially Jim Morrison's viciously snarky lyrics delivered in his buttery smooth baritone make this my all-time fave.
Fav song off Soft Parade; it's haunting with a great rhythm. The album may be unremarkable compared to The Doors or Strange Days but this song is great
