@Scotland Forever: Back then, many people were worried about drug-promoting music. Even the word high was suspicious, so they censored that word from this song's single and radio versions. Pandora has the original, but never plays it because compilations tend to be more frequent here.
around 12 years ago I was going to a community college and this Doors album was in my tape deck, along with Stones, Dylan, and Jimi greatest hits, really easy going years in my young twenties, sort of carefree and at peace with the days in those days, quite the journey since....
Break On Through To The Other Side: I think this song rocks. Imagine what kind of movies Jim and or Ray would have made.

What a song - the epitome of great rock! Am not generally a huge fan of the organ, but Manzarek's work on this is amazing. And Morrison's voice was just so.....right.
