I understand the singer to be Jacqui Hunt of Single Gun Theory. However I can neither confirm nor deny this for sure.

Her website does indicate this is likely though...

Hunt has also collaborated with Canadian band Delerium, co-writing a track for their internationa l l y acclaimed breakthrough album ‘Karma’ ,as well as contributing songs to Australian Aria winner Paul Mac for his wildly successful ‘3000 feet high’ project.
