To Leigh-Allison: The "Rolling truck stones thing" refers to the mobile recording studio they borrowed from the Rolling Stones to "make records with a mobile" when they went to Montreux. The song is based on a real incident in 1971 when the concert hall & casino there were burned down by "some stupid with a flare gun" during a Frank Zappa concert. Frank and his band lost all their equipment.
Saw 'em in San Antonio. No better band anywhere, and Made in Japan is much better than Made in Europe. I've had it since it came out. By the way, anybody here heard "Wring that Neck"??

The Bonnie Parker Band covering this song at the Silver Dollar Saloon on Long Island in Spring, 1973, my high school senior year, getting loaded on 50cent mugs of Silver Dollar punch (drinking age 18!), dancing till we dropped......ahhh, memories
this song would be nothing without the tsktuhkatisk drumming in the background. im telling you, youre gonna want that tsktuhkatisk. I NEED MORE TSKTUHKATISK!
No, it's not a screw up. You heard correctly, but those are the original lyrics. A little quirky, but Ian's always been a little quirky with his lyrics.

I thought i heard him sing "with the Rolling truck Stones parked just outside" would that be labeled a screw up?
In agreement to jon bell and lmliro, one of the best live performances I've ever heard andeasily better than the studio version. The only other songs I've heard that are this much better live are Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap on AC/DC Live and Crossroads covered by lynyrd skynyrd on Another One From the Road.
