Offering up what feels like a metalcore take on Linkin Park, Crown the Empire fuse electronic ambience with metal catharsis, creating a moody and dramatic sound that sets the Dallas, Texas band apart from their contemporaries. Featuring singers Andy Leo and David Escamilla, guitarists Brandon Hoover and Bennett Vogelman, bassist Hayden Tree, keyboard player Austin Duncan, and drummer Brent Taddle, the seven-piece band puts its massive ranks to good use, crafting a sound for themselves that's dense without being so busy that the message is lost in the noise. Crown the Empire made their debut in 2011 with the self-released EP, Limitless, followed by their first full-length effort, The Fallout, which arrived on Rise Records in 2012. ~ Gregory Heaney, Rovi
Just amazing prettu much explains everything :) I saw these guys in concert, and wow i was mindblown with their performance. They have come very far and i am in love with them :) <3333
I love them so much. I love how David screams.... i swear it makes my heart melt. My best-friend got addicted to them too.... ever since i met Andy (got to touch dat mole ♥) , David , and Brandon it told myself i can die happy now.
I love this band so much! I have become obsessed with their The Fallout album, and I learned all the lyrics. I try to learn the lyrics of other bands, but I am not as interested as CTE! And yes they are going to Warped Tour!!! :D
First song I ever hard was "Voices" of their Limitless EP I found it on YouTube under suggestions and I fell in love with the song. Well about a year later I saw their 2 part music video "Oh, Catastrophe" and "The Fallout" and I was just so amazed even more so I downloaded the whole album and the only thing I can say is that I've never became obsessed with a band so fast than I have Crown The Empire. :>
Saw this band a few months ago. Very impressed and knows how to give a kick a** performance. This band better be on warped this summer or I'm gonna go ape. The fallout is one of my favorite metal albums ever!
