Being a long-time fan of Joni Mitchell, it seems a bit weird hearing one of her best, simplest songs turned into some 15-minute prog epic. It works in parts, but overall it's a confusing mish-mash. I don't know if the original Mitchell song had enough elements for a long-form dissection. I've always thought Paul Simon's "Haze Shade of Winter" was ripe for some long-form prog workout. Yes was always the best at this - witness their early albums and their classic rendition of "America".
