Christopher Lawrence is a sleek trance DJ who's risen to the top of the field -- in America, at least -- and helmed several mix albums as well as produced his own work and remixed others. Before he'd been DJing for more than a few years, Lawrence released the 1997 mix album Rise on the Fragrant label. One year later, he signed a production contract with the respected Scottish label Hook Recordings, and watched as "Navigator" and "Shredder" became proper British club hits, extending his name and resumé across the globe. During 1999, he released two more mix albums, Temptation (for City of Angels) and the label retrospective Hook Recordings. Signed to the American mix label Moonshine Music, Lawrence delivered his fourth collection, Trilogy, Part One: Empire, in 2000; United States of Trance on Moonshine followed shortly after. His first production album, All or Nothing, appeared in 2004, which was followed later in the year by Un-Hooked: The Hook Sessions. ~ John Bush, Rovi
@ Morgan Berry... I'm down with the goa and psytrance as well and this is by no means goa or psytrance. I understand where you would confuse this track with goa because there is a sound in the background that has an alien project or astral projection sound to it, but that is it... and I am sorry but you're very wrong about this being an Astrix original track on One Step Ahead which was released in 2008, because this Christopher Lawrence track was released in 1999 bro.

@ adiaz086 - christopher lawrence wasn't previously known as dj trance, house dj jason blakemore was.
@ Morgan Berry - pandora always plays similar artists on any given radio station, it's not always tracks by the particular artist. furthermore, you seem to be under the impression that we're all commenting on a particular astrix song when in reality, we aren't. we're commenting on a station/artist.
uhhh.... this is astrix.. :/ it was released on his one step ahead album. its not this producer. pandora got this one wrong. and this isnt really trance as much as it is goa/psytrance. Great song tho. one of my all time favorites. you should check out the future music third time lucky combo by astrix. way better. :)
I've seen him live maybe 8 times and he is the greatest dj/producer ever!Everybody needs to go and see for yourself his music is truly amazing, especially when I was rollin' all night!!Peace
