I remember watching the Karen Carpenter Story on Lifetime, I was so sad when I found out how she really died. I'll miss her . I use to sing her songs at karaoke and I use to get a standing ovation. We'll all miss her!

The two purest female voices in music IMO are Karen Carpenter and Alison Krauss. Both sound like what I would imagine angels sound like......PURE HEAVEN.
