Just so you can stop asking questions... The Miami Herald reports that Carlos Bertonatti, 32, will enter a guilty plea at a February 19 hearing, delayed so that the victim's family can attend the trial from France.
Bertonatti allegedly struck 44-year-old cyclist Christophe LeCanne on Key Biscayne's Bear Cut Bridge in the early morning hours of January 17, 2010 and then fled, dragging LeCanne's bike for miles, according to the Miami New Times.
Even if he is a horrible person, which I'm not saying he is. I don't know him personally, so I can't judge him like that. We all know he made a stupid decision, but that doesn't make his music bad. He's still an excellent musician. Chill out k.
love this and him...people make mistakes and sometimes more then once...some take longer and do cause horrible actions before it opens their eyes.

Lovely music, but tragic no one intervened on the wreckless behavior sooner. Maybe two lives could've been saved. Turning a blind eye to someone's obvious problems IS NOT LOVE.
I don't care about people's backgrounds. If they have changed they are good to me. What I'm saying is that I like his music and if you don't like it don't comment on it.
Carlos has a large history of wreckless driving and the apple doesn't fall far from the tree, his Father is well known in the FLA courts for many white collar crimes. Like the music but will not help his success, unlike and do not buy.

I don't listen to music by murderers.

@Sasha, Most a**hole musicians destroy their own lives as alcoholics and junkies--this guy is, essentially, a murderer. And of course, he doesn't get any extra slack for being, say, a genius. http://www.bikeforums.net/showthread.php/615725-I-just-witnessed-a-cyclist-die-after-being-hit-by-a-car.?highlight=bertonatti

MISTAKE? Nope, he DECIDED to DRIVE DRUNK. Think of the family left behind . . . he should rot in jail for the rest of his pathetic life. WHO has the right to drive drunk?

Only 28 at the time of the incident, Bertonatti,
Fear is no excuse to leave a man to die on the side of the road...just horrible
Check out The Little Things, sweet song.
