Bulletboys

Led by former Ratt guitarist Marq Torien, the L.A. metal band Bulletboys also included ex-King Kobra guitarist Mick Sweda, bassist Lonnie Vincent, and drummer Jimmy d'Anda. Their style was strongly influenced by bands such as AC/DC and Van Halen, later going in a bluesier direction. Torien's personality often drew comparisons to David Lee Roth. The group had a couple of MTV hits off their self-titled debut but faded away after their second album. Song titles like "Do Me Raw," "Hard as a Rock," and "Kissin' Kitty" give a fairly accurate impression of the band's worldview. ~ Steve Huey, Rovi

What a crappy bio!! Their cover of For the love of Money is an all timer and joins my list of greatest covers ever! And Marq Torien is most definitely still alive! He is out on the road with a reformed Bullet Boys and doing stuff with other acts.

Some people comment as if these guys arent around anymore...th e y ' r e still putting out albums/CDs (most recent in 2011) and definitely still touring!

Back in the mid 80's I went to the DeltaPlex in Grand Rapids MI. To see Cinderella, Kip Winger, and the Bulletboys. That was an awesome concert and I haven't hear the Bulletboys since. I'm going to go buy all of their a CD's. I thought they only had one (Bulletboys) .

On Tour with Paramore at the moment, I needed to listen to the Bullet Boys again to put my head in check, these guys where always the roots of good Rockin' roll, I also seen them in Nashville @ the Hard Rock, Awesome, They still have got it! JFN
