When they're not skanking to the ska-punk sound in Five Iron Frenzy, Reese Roper (guitar/vocals), Dennis Culp (guitar), and Keith Hoerig (bass) compose a swirly, spacedelic style in Brave Saint Saturn. They like to say they're forerunners of "astro-rock," so Brave Saint Saturn's eclectic, noisy mix of turntables, strings, keyboards, and accordions goes for the space-pop thing. Sarabellum issued the trio's debut, So Far from Home, in early 2000. Two years later, Brave Saint Saturn signed with Seattle's Tooth & Nail and released The Light of Things Hoped For several months after inking the deal. ~ MacKenzie Wilson, Rovi

Pandora NEEDS Anti Meridian... really defines BS2's sound and identity as a band. AFAIK it's because they're on an independent label now and getting the rights for the music is... different. Dunno how though, mostly an educated guess.
Both FIF and BS2 are really underappreciated on Pandora. Lackluster descriptions, barely any of their music... :(
They're my two favorite bands, so that kinda makes me mad.

I'll echo rathloeng below - what needs to happen to get their other albums up here on Pandora?!?!
Seriously beautiful. This band makes me cry more consistently than any other. And I cannot believe they're releasing a new album after all these years! Very cool.
