first time i heard this was only 4 years ago while working and i just knew it was duane and thanked god the radio station had just ended it's stream of songs so the dj immediately mentioned the title and nirvana ever since!!!!

Agreed. Someone asked me my favorite song of all time and this is the one that instantly came to mind. The song that whenever I hear it I stop whatever I'm doing and just let it soak in. Boz at his best as well as Duane Allman. Like a great movie, it builds and builds until you're totally engrossed.
One of favorites. Just recently redisovered. Never know artist name until I heard a musician friend of mine playing a smal rif of it. I immediately asked him the source of that tune. Always thought it was one of alman Brothers, never imaging it was Boz Scaggs. What a legacy of music he has left. Enjoy.
One of my all-time favorite songs. I spent hours getting this song down when I was a singer many, many years ago. Perfect talented blend of musician/sin g e r composition.
