Each a respected producer in his own right, Kingston and Young God joined forces when they decided to create the group Blue Sky Black Death. After they signed to Mush Records in 2005, the duo set to work on making their first record. A Heap of Broken Images, a two-disc album divided into an instrumental set and one featuring guest appearances from MCs like Guru, Sabac Red, AWOL One, Jus Allah, and Chief Kamachi, came out in June 2006, while Blue Sky Black Death Presents the Holocaust, which, as the title states, featured the vocals from Wu-Tang affiliate Holocaust, was released just a few months later. ~ Marisa Brown, Rovi
Excellent music suggested by and excellent person. Thankyou day for this! And go BSBD!

I saw these guys at SXSW and they only played ridiculous rap with absolutely s**t lyrics (Nacho Picasso). Nevertheless, I tried to tell them after the show how awesome the other half of their music is. Kingston took it as an insult and tried to start a fight, talking about how he was tired of playing free shows for all these SXSW b**ches. What a douchebag.
That guy is Hell Razah who is f**king awesome and great. But doesnt really have a whole lot to do with Blue Sky Black Death. I want a REAL BLUE SKY BLACK DEATH BIO PANDORA. Jesus.

Everyone below me that also likes Blue Bonobo, Blockhead, Emancipator, etc. is correct. All of that is amazing. I never heard of Little People though. Thanks for the suggestion. Pretty Lights is good, too.
What else are people really listening to, I don't understand why anyone who has any dance, musical back round, or love of melodic beats are listening to all that crap on the radio and TV still. Try to listen to some real beats like this and turn that mainstream page out.
These guys make some great beats, similar to Little People or Bonobo. Unfortunately they also collaborate with Holocaust, one of the worst MC's I've ever heard. The guy is so awful that I had to throw this CD out because I didn't want to listen through it and find out what songs he was on.
Holocaust is probably the worst MC I've ever heard on a relatively large release. Literally, a random person off of the street could probably have done a better job on the vocals for this producer.
