I look at you all see the love there that's sleeping While my guitar gently weeps I look at the floor and I see it needs sweeping Still my guitar gently weeps.

@larrydouglas831 - the only problem is that George isn't on this cut. Eric Clapton filled in on this session. Only cut in Beatleography that's missing a Beatle.
Give it up on the circus bio. Somebody is trying to sell something. Listen to George's guitar gently weep!

Did anybody else notice the Beatles' bio? It's about some circus dude named Cirque... Honestly, anybody listening to the Beatles isn't gonna give a d@mn about a has-been circus performer... Oh, Pandora - what are we going to do with you?
Tenebris In Lux you are an IDIOT, that much is CLEAR. And by the looks of it, too young and inexperienced to even be giving an opinion on such a classic and timelessly GREAT band. Do your homework first before you dis on the Beatles mmkay?
Due to its appearance on a clear majority of my stations, this song is becoming a key indicator of my overall musical taste. Just now, it popped up on my Wake Up (Arcade Fire) station. I think that makes sense.
It sounds more like John at the end saying oh,oh, oh and Paul adding the yeah, yeah, yeah I don't think George is calling out for any so called lost friend
check out george harrisons last testament...what do you think

George Harrison at his best although Clapton's very tasteful solo added just the right blend to give this song the emotional touch and feelings to make it another immortal Beatle's best.
Actually, it was Eric Clapton playing lead. According to Wikipedia: "The band recorded the song several times, including a version with a backward guitar solo..., but Harrison was not satisfied... Harrison asked Eric Clapton to add a lead guitar solo to the song. Clapton was reluctant—he said, "Nobody ever plays on the Beatles' records"—but Harrison convinced him and Clapton's solo was recorded that evening."
Wicked guitar. George does make that guitar cry, doesn't he? Great example of the raw emotional power of rock n roll. No wonder the girls all went so gah-gah over 4 ordinary-looking Brits: these dudes could seriously play, both their instruments and the heartstrings of the ladies.

You Beatles fans are very sensitive in the posterior, it seems.

Long Live The Beatles.
