It is taking longer than expected to fetch the next song to play.
The music should be playing soon.

Anyone that enjoys her, Azam has an upcoming album called Lamentation of Swans. It is being self-produced and is being funded through direct fan pledges. She needs help to complete this project and release the CD, please consider support, here is the link: http://www.pledgemusic.com/projects/azamali

If you love Azam Ali with Niyaz or as a solo artist, check out her work with Greg Ellis is a group called Vas. I first found her through a Narada compilation disk in high school. I love her.

Beautiful beautiful beatific music of the heart and soul.
I love Azam Ali's voice! I think her singing in Farsi is even better than her singing in English, because it is more technical.
I saw her perform with Niyaz in Santa Monica a few years ago, and they were tight. The audience had many Persians who could sing along with some of the songs. (I didn't know Persian women were so attractive. I have to go to L.A. more often.) It was a great concert!

She has an amazing voice. If you like her you should listen to Niyaz! or Azam.
+1 for below mentioned Wikipedia entry: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Azam_Ali Saw them at Bryn Mawr College in Pennsylvania, USA. They're great live if you get the chance to see them.
YO Pandora! You guys need to write some bio about all the 'talented' artists from around the world instead of writing a 20 page article about every American pop diva (read Taylor Swift and or Britney Spears).
This is good belly dancing music. I think I will have to choreograph a veil piece to the song I just heard. Thanks for the inspiration! I love you Pandora!
Yes, RandomChicki, Her group including her, of course, have an album I just picked up this week and I'm already in love with. The Album title is "Nine Heavens". Disc 1 is electronic. Disc 2 is acoustic. It's a perfect album. The price at Barnes & Noble is the same as a single disc.
Pandora doesn't have Vas or Roseland. That's what sucks about radios not playing non-mainstream music, even if they've delved a bit out there. Azam Ali has had many more projects out there.
