@I'm gonna tell you my name?! You're right, not blue Pocahontas. I just learned this week that most of the stuff in Pocahontas wasn't really part of Native American culture, but Hollywood brought most of it in from the East. In any case, Avatar is a visually STUNNING movie, with STUNNING music. I just don't really want to see blue people with no clothes on, lol
Not blue pocahontas, so much more went on. Many people fail to realize that about Avatar. Good movie, but even more amazing music. His music radiates a magic that very few other composers can create. excellent.
Although I don't really care for the movie itself (blue Pocahontas? Really? Did we need that?) The music is absolutely phenomenal, and it just, well, CUTE seems to ooze out of the music, and a childlike sense of wonder envelopes the whole sountrack. It really sounds like the way I felt as a little girl, exploring the woods behind my cousins' house. Watching my aunts walk around bundled in scarves and boots while I ran barefoot along a log that had fallen into the river
Ditto luke. 8D It really tells the story of the movie. Once again, I have to say if it's not the plot or the cg effects that made this movie millions of dollars, its the soundtrack and it's genius composer.
