Ever since childhood, Vivaldi's Spring has been and always will be my favorite classical piece. There's something about the climaxing violins, confident string choruses, and uplifting feel to it that always brings happy (and ironic given the season of inspiration) chills to my skin. As a teenager I had little appreciation for classical music until I became familiar with Vivaldi and I am so hooked ever since.

I have read about Vivaldi before but I wish the bio had been here......Hi s mastery of strings is a balm and an escape for the soul.
I always imagine myself conducting this beautiful piece. So beautiful yet motivating and relaxing all in one. Very much enjoy all of Vivaldi's works.
Great music! Opens the mind while doing school work and blocks out all other distractions very beautifully.
