Given the various incarnations of Yes, I guess it's no surprise they are touring sans Anderson and Wakeman. For me, it would not be the same without Jon. A keyboard may sound pretty close with different fingers pressing the keys (though few compare to Wakeman in my book) but Yes without Jon is NO. IMO, Anderson, Squire, Wakeman, Howe and White are YES. I hope they will reconvene this lineup before one of us (me or them) dies or gets too old to do it.

Very good in K.C. Missouri, 2013.

philly in the 80s in the round, wakeman in gold. chris getting guitars thru the floor. steve howe must of hade 30 guitars. fantastic show. got lost coming back to delaware
They played Dallas last week, and started with the entire albums, is sequence, The Yes Album, and Close to the Edge, then broke for intermission. They came back and played three singes from 90216, then two from Going for the One, They ended with 'Awaken', which was awesome.
Satisfying their longstanding fans by playing in their entireties the two early classics made this a unique experience. This was the 10th time I've seen them, in all their configurations, and was one of the best.
You need to listen to a little more of the live recordings. Try Keys to Ascension and Keys to Ascension 2. I think even the older live albums sound great for the most part.

I'm a big fan of Yes. They claim some of the best progressive rock ever, yet also some of the worst mixing/mastering. Their first album 'Yes' was pretty bad, and almost all of their live albums sound like they were recorded by someone with a hand recorder standing too close to a one side of the stage.
Took my 7 year old son to see Yes last summer (2012) in Clearwater, Florida during the Fly From Here tour. It was his first concert and what an amazing experience it was watching his reaction to putting faces to the great music. Rush is up next for the young man this coming April.
Just got my tickets to the April 5th show at Foxwoods MGM Grand Theater. I am friggin' syked...haven't seen Yes since 77 with Going For The One tour. can't wait...................

Saw Yes at Notre Dame back in '72 or '73, one of the first really big shows I ever witnessed. Can still remember seeing Rick Wakeman banging away on his keyboards wearing a long, blue cape with stars and moons embroidered on it. Great show. Rock on, guys.
Hi all I had the chance to see YES live at the Blossem music center in 98 99 with the all the guys playing to love of the crowd and may I say I have been a fan of YES for so long and felt I was having a chance to listen to something out of this world before Anderson left. Thank you Yes
There are new bands that carry the traditions of the old bands like Yes, Genesis, Gentle Giant, and Pink Floyd. Porcupine Tree, Opeth, Abigails Ghost, and many others offer new twists on great musicianship. Take a listen, and enjoy some great stuff!!!!!

I perferred Genesis as the best before they went pop! My first love was ELP and Carl Palmer!! I play drums and saw him in concert many times!
I grew up with Yes, ELP, Genesis, Renaissance, King Crimson, Gentle Giant, Tull, Pink Floyd, and Triumvariat - nothing like these bands exist today although progress music still has a following. Great that Yes is together in some form, wish ELP were still doing it - they were the best of the best!
The Koolest part about the latest YES Show I saw last summer was that Chris Squire performed on his legendary Rickenbacker bass for every song!! (minus the first). All are such professionals that are Awe-Inspiring! They did find a nice bass player for this album, though. But Squire really pushed the envelope for jammin bass players. YES!!!!!
I saw this show at Poplar Creek Ioutside Chicago, IL. It was magical. Chris would have made it even better but it was a special night in this outdoor theatre and they were in a zone on this night....AWESOME!

Saw Yes for the first time live in Arizona last weekend and I have never seen anything as amazing as they were. The lead singer John Davidson was amazing. Very talented and just all around awesome. As for the other members Chris Squire is amazing and the lead guitarist and drummer are all AMAZING. I have to say this was the best concert i have seen. Keep rocking guys YOU ARE ALL AMAZING ! LOVE YA.
I saw the YES 'reunion concert' in, oh, '93 I think, or '94..I'd been a fan for quite awhile, but never seen 'em in concert..this was down in Orange county, SoCal.. Oddly enough my friend that had gotten us tickets (and backstage passes) and I headed back to Hollywood, to the Rainbow on Sunset Blvd, -and ran into Rick Wakeman, who had somehow beat us back to town! I had a pic (my Polaroid was in the car!) with him there for years until someone stole it..
I really like this lineup of musicians no matter what they're called when playing together. In fact I really appreciate the work of Tony Levin here. While Chris Squire is the master of what he specifically does, Tony may be the more versatile player (see his work with Peter Gabriel and King Crimson)

I have been a YES fan for over 30 years and ABWH is by far the most musically creative and best YES album IMHO. IT IS YES!! Despite whatever legal problems were going on at the time.
This is a fair erndition of the tune.... without Squire and his stone pick on Bass, it just is not YES.... Sorry fellas.... You cannot be YES without him and NONE of the music of YES is right without him!
YES IS SO UNIQUE.THEY REALLY DO AVE A SOUND ALL THERE OWN. I'VE BEEN FORTUNATE TO HAVE SEEN YES IN A HALF A DOZEN DIFFERENT ARENAS,AND HAVE SEEN THEM WITH ALL THE DIFFERENT MEMBERS OF THE GROUP. THE ONLY MEMBER OF THE GROUP I DID NOT SEE WAS PETER BANKS. I'M SURE HE TO PROBABLY GAVE YES ANOTHER DIMENSION.NOW WITHOUT JON ANDERSON I'VE SADLY LOST MY PASSION TO CONTINUE FOLLOWING A BAND THAT HAS BROUGHT MUCH LISTENING PLEASURE TO MY LIFE. MULTIMUSICMAN
Saw Anderson Bruford Wakeman Howe at an outdoor venue in 1989. Anderson surprised everyone by entering the stage from behind the crowd down the center walkway between mainfloor seating rows. Saw Yes In the Round in 1979, TORMATO tour which was a beautifully sounding show.

I was at this concert, remember it well, especially when the fire works went off, the crowd went nuts, a most beautiful warm evening I'll always remember.
My first concert- YES Nov. 1972 Pittsburgh Civic Arena - (the night Nixon was reelected) what an unbelievable experience. Well other than that Nixon thing .
@jagfangirl27: Most people would agree that ABWH was not Yes only in the legal licencing sense. As a 30 year Yes fan, ABWH was effectively Yes in my mind. And I don't think that's a slam against anyone, except maybe the lawyers involved at the time.
