I'm a fan of A.K. but I'm listening to my Tony Rice radio station and half the songs are A.K.. Once in a while they might throw a TR tune in there, then ask if I want to sign up for the pay site. They aint payin 'tenshun over there. Maybe if I start an Alison Krauss station they'll play more Tony Rice on it.

I was always pretty bored in Literature class, but i'm glad I remembered the 3000 year old Odyssey story. It made watching 'O Brother Where Are Thou' even more entertaining. I laugh so hard at their faces when the Sirens show up...it's exactly like i imagined it 20 years ago in jr high school. (And of course the Allison, Gillian, and EmmyLou collaboration was beautiful and genius!)

I like that part where George Clooney is singing this song with a long beard. This movie is soo HILARIOUS. You've got to watch it if you've never seen it. Trust me, you'll love it. First heard Alison Krauss on the sound track of the movie 'Paper Clips' - absolutely captivated by her voice. Promptly got her name from the movie credits and have been an ardent fan ever since. Fantastic singer.

I'm just a ghost in MY house. Yes, this is what it feels like when you're UTTERLY(no t udderly, which means cow titty. HAHAHA.) AND COMPLETELY ALONE FOR THE VERY FIRST TIME IN YOUR LIFE. HOLY MOLY. :-) I've been like this for about 7 months and I'm still not used to NOT haveing someone running around in my house. You can raise kids and live alone IT'S NOT THE SAME. I wish I could say it was, but IT'S NOT.
Man of Constant Sorrow. I love this. I loved the movie, O Brother Where Art Thou That has to be one of the best movies ever made. My Auntie who is over 100 years old. I think she's 111 years old this year. LOL! hahahaha! Wow. Amazing. She's still alive. She said that was the best movie ever made because it was pretty much right on point for that era. Her secret to long life is that she never drank, she never smoked and she says stay the HELL away from Doctors because they'll kill you and her son
