Although this version is not bad at all, I still prefer the original. And hello, Seal's shirtless, leather wearing, pre-bald, guitar-bearing video is about all that I can stand in all his heavenly goodness. Holler.
I think this is a great cover. Her vocal stylings are what make it different. The similarity of the accompanying music to the original makes it wonderfully recognizable in a reminiscent kind of way, not a negative copycat kind of way. Love the original though too.
.......would like to have heard the negotiations before this CRAZY was recorded.......not sure why seal would ever agree to it since it's almost a mirror image.......figuratively speaking.
