I forgot how I came across these guys but I got all their albums a few years ago. Its the perfect reggae to listen to late at night when your really stoned of course :D

Ive seen John Brown's Body live, Big group with diverse cultures making up the band. If you get the chance go see them- well worth your time. I just wish they would play Cleveland again some time soon.

My wife is Jamaican... We hang in Jamaica... Love REAL Jamaican Reggae, Rasta, Dub, Roots, Dancehall. We DON'T like 98% of Reggae that is not from Jamaica... Jamaicans call it Jafakin'...
That said, these guys are SOLID, they got the groove DOWN!
Hell, maybe some of these cats ARE Jamaican, I know there's quite a few in upstate New York. But, even if they're not, they got the dub vibe DOWN. Props and Much LOVE to "10 ft. Ganja Plant".
